NVMS Privacy Policy
NVMS ("we," "us") operates the NVMS mobile portal for vendors and contractors.
What We Collect
- Account & profile: name, email, phone, company info, profession, race (for client compliance requests), and preferences.
- Usage & interactions: job lists and selections, status changes, notes, uploads, routing/distance actions, settings you change, timestamps, and support requests.
- Content you provide: photos/videos and related metadata (captions, section IDs, file names/sizes/types).
- Location: precise geolocation (latitude/longitude) when you allow it, used for uploads, routes, and distance calculations.
- Device & technical: app version, device/OS, IP address, browser/user agent, push notification tokens, and crash/diagnostic logs.
- Offline cache: we store job data locally for offline use and sync it when you reconnect.
How We Use Data
- Provide, operate, and improve the service (job management, uploads, routing, distance calculations, offline access).
- Authenticate you, secure the service, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Communicate about jobs, updates, and support.
- Meet client compliance needs (e.g., race data where required).
- Diagnostics, analytics, and quality assurance.
Sharing
- With service providers (hosting, analytics, maps, messaging, video upload) under contract.
- With clients as needed to deliver and verify job work and required compliance reporting.
- For legal, safety, or security reasons if required by law or to protect rights.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Offline data stays on your device until removed or replaced during sync.

- Access, correct, or delete certain info via your account or by contacting us.
- Disable precise location in device settings; some features (distance, geotagging) may be limited.
- Opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.
Children
This app is for adults/authorized contractors and is not directed to children under 16.
